A cosy riding game: you're the town's milkman. Ride your bike through the morning lanes, slow down at each lit doorstep to deliver the milk, and use the coins to upgrade your bike, build your Home Base and buy your own cows.

Android 7.1 or newer on most phones from the last few years. The game is landscape only: turn your phone sideways. An iPhone and iPad version is on the way.

No account, and you can play offline. Your progress is saved on your phone. Internet is only used for ads, purchases, update checks and (if you agree) anonymous stats.

Daily Route is a fresh route every day, with a streak for riding it on consecutive days. Morning Shift is an endless ride for the best score; it opens once you reach Level 3.

Left thumb: hold the left / right buttons to steer. Right thumb: hold the pedal grip to ride, pull the lever to brake. Let go of the pedal to coast: the bike follows the road round bends. There's also a bell to clear the way and a boost when it's charged.

On a computer: W/↑ pedal, S/↓/Space brake, A/D or ←/→ steer, 1/2 powers, Esc pause.

The next customer's doorstep glows. Cross to that side of the road, brake, and roll slowly onto the lit pad. A near stop hands over the milk. The top of the screen shows LEFT or RIGHT, the customer's name and the distance.

Only the bright pad accepts milk, and customers are served in route order, so later stops wait their turn. If you miss one, turn back. If you're too fast, you'll roll past: brake earlier.

Hitting speed breakers, potholes or animals at speed, or falling off, spills milk from the crate, and spilled milk can't be delivered. Slow down over bumps. Better suspension and a better crate (in the Garage) help a lot.

Yes: Settings → Route arrows → Off. They show the way to the next doorstep.

Settings → Scenery: Random, Rainy City, Night Ride, Snowy Mountain and more. It applies from the next route.

Finish the route for one star. Your score earns the second and third: deliver to everyone, spill little, avoid falls and finish with time left. The results card shows exactly where your points came from.

A route ends if the time runs out, the crate runs out of milk, you fall too many times, or too many customers are let down. You can retry straight away, and sometimes watch a short video to revive and carry on.

Finish the previous one. World 1 has 11 routes; World 2 is coming in an update.

Every delivery pays, plus tips for a smooth, quick ride. You also get coins from the daily gift, missions and the Daily Route streak. Optional videos can double a ride's coins or the daily gift.

Brakes stop you sooner, tyres grip better, suspension spills less on bumps, a bigger crate carries more milk, and the drivetrain makes pedalling easier. Every upgrade also shows on your bike.

The farm opens at career stage 3. Each cow makes milk in real time, even while you're away, until your tank is full. Collect it at the farm and your routes use your own milk instead of bought milk. Feed and a bigger tank make more.

Yes: title screen → New Game. It clears your coins, unlocks, garage, farm and powers. Purchases like No Ads come back with Shop → Restore purchases.

Yes. It's supported by ads and optional purchases. Bonus videos are always your choice, and everything can be earned just by riding. Purchases never skip riding: stars and levels are always earned.

No Ads (also included in the Starter Crate) removes the ads that play between rides. Bonus videos you choose to watch (double coins, revive, double gift) stay available, because they give you rewards.

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. The game also checks automatically each time it starts. Make sure you're signed in to the same Google account you bought with. Coin packs are delivered once and can't be restored after they're spent; No Ads and the Starter Crate always come back.

Purchases go through Google Play, so refunds are handled by Google: request a refund on Google Play. If something went wrong with a purchase, email us too and we'll help.

In the Play Store app: profile picture → Settings → Authentication → Require authentication for purchases → For all purchases.

Ads are limited to family-friendly content, but tell us: email the time you saw it and what it showed, with a screenshot if you can, and we'll block it.

Anonymous gameplay stats and crash reports only if you said “Yes, share” (Settings → Share stats to change it). Ads come from Google AdMob, which uses your advertising ID. In the EU and UK it asks before personalising ads. Full details are in the privacy policy.

EU/UK: Settings → Privacy & credits → Ad privacy choices. Everywhere: in your phone's settings you can reset or delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Settings → Milk reminders → Off, or block notifications for the game in your phone's settings.

Game progress is stored only on your phone: uninstall the game (or New Game) and it's gone.

Stats, crash reports and push token: first turn off Settings → Share stats, then email support@playmilkman.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Include roughly when you played and your phone model. We delete what Google Firebase holds for your app instance within 30 days and confirm by email.

Ad data is controlled by Google: reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

Close other apps, keep the phone charged above 20% (battery saver slows games down) and restart the game. Rainy and night scenery are a little heavier than sunny mornings: Settings → Scenery → Random or a clear-day option helps on older phones.

Progress is saved on the phone, so it doesn't move to a new phone and is removed if you uninstall or clear the app's storage. Purchases come back with Shop → Restore purchases.

A newer version is ready. Tap Update now; your progress is kept. If an update is marked required, it fixes something important: the game continues as soon as it's updated.

Check the phone's media volume (not the ringer), then Settings → Sound → On and the Music / Sound effects levels. Bluetooth headphones sometimes need to reconnect after a call.

They need an internet connection, and sometimes no video is available for a moment: try again a little later. With No Ads, bonus videos still work.

Sorry about that! If you allowed stats, we already got an anonymous crash report. Please also email us your phone model and what you were doing; it helps us fix it faster.
